Client Account Coordinator Customer Service Representative (Temporary, Full-Time)We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Client Account Coordinator. In this fast-paced, dynamic role, you will help support the needs of patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless process for fulfilling prescriptions for wheelchairs and related equipment.Location: Onsite Sacramento, CA Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay: $22.00 $23.50/hour, depending on experienceKey ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing phone calls with patients, healthcare providers, and partner institutionsTake, verify, and process wheelchair ordersinputting information accurately into the systemVerify insurance coverage, co-pays, and deductibles; clearly communicate this information to patients and the medical communitySchedule fittings and training sessions for patients regarding wheelchair useMaintain high levels of organization to keep orders and processes moving smoothlyHandle a high volume of faxes; process incoming and outgoing orders as neededDeliver outstanding customer service, remaining calm and professional, especially when assisting individuals in high-need or crisis situationsQualificationsPrior customer service experience in an office setting required; healthcare or medical office experience strongly preferredExceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong phone and computer skillsAbility to maintain professionalism and empathy under pressureBilingual English/Spanish skills are not required, but are a strong plus
