Your responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with activities of daily living Light housekeeping duties Providing dining and tray services Escorting residents as needed Performing vital signs and weights Carrying out other care-related duties as assigned As part of our dedicated care team, you will also engage in quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives and communicate any changes in resident conditions as they arise. Qualifications: Must possess current state certification, with prior experience preferred. Experience working with geriatric clients is highly advantageous. A High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are mandatory. Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to obtain this certification. Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where applicable. Basic computer skills or willingness to learn are essential.
