If you are a creative problem solver, strong relationship builder, and someone energized by a high-trust, high-agency environment, we encourage you to apply.What You Will Do At JasperManage full cycle recruiting across GTM functions, including sourcing, screening, interview facilitation, and offer delivery and negotiationBuild and nurture strong talent pipelines through outbound sourcingDeliver a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects Jasper's values at every touch pointPartner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the roles and craft effective and aligned recruiting strategiesUse data and insights to improve the way we recruit and make smarter hiring decisionsExperiment with AI tools and recruiting technology to increase speed, reduce friction, and scale great hiring practicesSupport employer branding initiatives and find creative ways to tell Jasper's story to the right audiencesBring ideas, feedback, and a team-first mindset to continuously improve how we operate as a Talent functionWhat You Will Bring To Jasper4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least two years owning full-cycle searchesExperience hiring for high-volume GTM roles (preferably Sales) in a B2B, SaaS environmentComfort using applicant tracking systems (we use Ashby) and interest in exploring how AI can enhance recruiting workflowsStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and earn trust with candidates and stakeholdersA high degree of ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to manage competing priorities with focus and carePassion for recruiting as a craft and genuine excitement about building great teamsCompensation RangeAt Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $100,000 - $135,000.
