Demonstrate adaptability by collaborating across departments to ensure successful implementation and continuity for these enterprise-wide priorities.QualificationsShall have (5) years of experience managing large-scale security operations in a highly regulated environmentPreferred: Ten (10) years of direct responsibility for P&L performance in a security setting.Strong written and oral communication skillsEducation requirements (one of the following):Bachelor’s degree with at least ten (10) years of civilian or military law enforcement experience, with five (5) years in managementBachelor’s degree with fifteen (15) years of security experience, with ten (10) years in managementAssociate degree with fifteen (15) years of civilian or military law enforcement experience, with ten (10) years in a leadership roleTwenty (20) years of civilian, law enforcement, or military equivalent experience at the command or leadership level.The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
