In recent years, we have gone from decentralized HR groups to a unified, shared service team, with various HR Centers of Excellence. Our vision is to be a best-in-class international HR organization.This position is based out of Houston, TX, or Omaha, NE. This is a shared service center in a professional office setting.ResponsibilitiesProvides comprehensive compensation support to business and shared service units.Manage and maintain the company's job architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Conduct and participate in salary surveys, interpret salary data and perform detailed analyses.Research and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels and job titles.Lead compensation review cycles, including process and system enhancements.Assist in the creation of incentive and differential pay programs.Support the development of compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.Conduct impact analysis, data modeling and costing of compensation program changes.Undertake special projects as required.QualificationsBachelors Degree in Business Administration is preferred. Masters in Business is highly preferred.5+ years' required experience in compensation administration and practices.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and HR managers across business units.Proven track record in the development, implementation, and administration of comprehensive compensation programs, policies, and procedures.Experience in developing, integrating and reporting of HRIS systems is a plus.Expert proficiency in using Excel and other data analysis tools.International experience is highly desirable, particularly in Canada and Mexico.Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors compensation modules is advantageous.Regular, reliable attendance. Work productively and meet deadlines timely. Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
