Benefits Manager

Our client located in Bowling Green, Kentucky is seeking a Benefits Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team in the automotive industry.
The Benefits Manager is a direct hire opportunity with an in-office schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs and policies
- Leading the annual benefits renewal process including plan design, changes, cost analysis, communicating with employees, etc.
- Administering all aspects of benefits to include health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and wellness initiatives
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors including negotiating contracts and evaluating vendor performance
- Conducting benefits audits and analyses to ensure accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and compliance
- Provide training and education to employees on benefits programs and enrollment processes
- Manage any questions from employees regarding benefits programs
- Collaborating with the finance and legal, and IT teams to ensure benefit programs align with organizational policies
Qualifications:
- 4-years of experience in benefits administration and management
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, etc.)
- Experience in HRIS platforms and benefits administration softwares
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required, Master's degree ideal
