Highly desirable location as well Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients. Perform bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and general ledger entries. Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation support. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in a public CPA firm (required). Experience with various tax forms (1040, 1120S, 1065 etc. . .) Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Ultratax) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
