Develop and enforce project strategies, budgets, and timelines aligned with organizational goals. Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Cultivate and maintain high-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Lead contract negotiations, risk management, and financial forecasting. Mentor and empower project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
