Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in employment litigation defense matters.
  • Draft and file pleadings motions and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis.
  • Manage depositions discovery processes and trial preparations.
  • Participate in trials and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with senior litigators to maintain high standards of client service.
Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in employment litigation defense.
  • Expertise in drafting pleadings briefs and trial documents.
  • Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases.
  • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (additional NJ or NY licenses are a plus).
  • Defenseside experience required (plaintiffside experience not applicable).
