Our Outpatient PT clinics are closed for major holidays. 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required (New grads will not be considered for this need) BLS (AHA) Updated CAQH Required in profile NPI required in Profile Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics. Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Required Previous Rehab Experience - Required Previous travel experience - REQUIRED - At least 3 mos. CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred Previous experience working with PTA's - Preferred This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
