This individual will play a critical role in enabling our go-to-market efforts by driving coordination, operational rigor, and content creation in executing high-impact sales strategies. This role sits on the Commercial team and acts as the connective tissue between our frontline sales efforts and the internal systems, content, and processes that enable success. This is a high-visibility, high-growth role for someone who loves being in the mix: solving problems, driving clarity, writing crisp materials, and using modern tools (including AI) to move fast and deliver results. You'll help us build the sales infrastructure from the ground up and shape how we go to market as a team.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain internal and external-facing materials including presentations, proposals, pricing, one-pagers, and case studiesHelp standardize and scale commercial processes, including reporting, deal tracking, and cross-functional coordinationLeverage modern AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, improve content quality, and streamline commercial workflowsDrive operational follow-through on key commercial initiatives and strategic customer engagementsServe as a core partner to Account Executives by managing behind-the-scenes sales execution activitiesPrepare meeting briefs, organize internal working sessions, and track follow-ups across stakeholdersPartner with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, content development, and campaignsSupport the coordination and execution of proposals, RFPs, and major customer submissionsHelp maintain CRM tools, commercial documentation libraries, and sales content repositoriesContribute to strategic analysis and special projects that support commercial decision-makingMinimum Qualifications:2+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, customer communication, project execution, business development, or a related commercial roleExceptional organizational skills and follow-throughStrong written communication skills with ability to distill technical or complex informationComfort interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, engineering, legal, etc.)Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plusDemonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and respond with urgency in a fast-paced environmentInterest in renewable energy, infrastructure, or clean technologyPassion for renewable energy, sustainability, and driving positive environmental impact through technology innovation.Eligible to work in the U.S.Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting sales teams in energy, climate tech, infrastructure, or industrial marketsPrior experience managing or producing customer-facing collateralExposure to sales enablement or salesforce effectiveness best practicesUnderstanding of the sales process for long-cycle enterprise dealsThe salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000, with actual pay varying based on work location, experience, and skills.
