This role requires a proven track record of sales and business development expertise, a deep understanding of RWD, RWE generation, applications and platforms and other RWD/E tools and services, along with the ability to drive adoption of Panalgo's RWE platform, IHD, among our clients. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders, understanding their complex needs, and helping them to leverage our RWD/E solutions to enhance their business goals.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and renewal of Panalgo's RWE platform (IHD) and servicesBusiness developmentRelationship managementMarket intelligenceCollaborationStrategyCross team sellingQualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare data sectorsIn-depth understanding of real-world data applications, data analytics, and data-driven insights within the life sciences industryDemonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role with a history of consistently achieving or exceeding targetsAbility to understand complex client needs, develop tailored solutions, and strategically position Norstella's offeringsExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsBachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plusTravel: 25-50%Location: US RemoteOur guiding principles for success at Norstella:Bold, Passionate, and Mission-FirstIntegrity, Truth, and RealityKindness, Empathy, and GraceResilience, Mettle, and PerseveranceHumility, Gratitude, and LearningBenefits:Medical and Prescription Drug BenefitsHealth Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Dental & Vision BenefitsBasic Life and AD&D Benefits401k Retirement Plan with Company MatchCompany Paid Short & Long-Term DisabilityPaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off & Company HolidaysThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $185,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.Norstella is an equal opportunity employer.
