Description Occupational Therapist- Providence Home Services Oregon Schedule: Full Time/ Days Supports Damascus, Sandy, Boring and Welches Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physician directed plan of treatment, taking into account individual patients special or age related needs. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License.
