Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Director / Licensed Assisted Living Administrator at American Retirement Homes, Inc. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assisted living. This is a small community, 20 beds, which is perfect for a new ED or an ED who wants to enjoy a personal connection with residents and families. This includes managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing and implementing policies and procedures, maintaining financial performance, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff. The Executive Director will also work closely with the management team and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in the senior living industry
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems
- Adept at financial management and budgeting
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related field a plus
- Licensed Assisted Living Administrator or willing to enroll in Administrator in-training program
