Constructio salesperson

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Salesperson at American Team Properties. The Construction Salesperson will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. They will also coordinate with the in-house team for project management and provide excellent customer service to clients. This role is primarily based in Pasadena, CA, with flexibility for remote work.

• Knowledge of the construction industry and processes
• Ability to understand and interpret blueprints and construction contracts
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems
• Prior experience in construction sales or real estate is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
