Key functions will include monitoring program performance, managing the program's schedule and milestones, providing guidance to the program's integrated product teams (IPTs), coordinating with functional offices to ensure program compliance and to enable program support, leading program proposal efforts, and managing reporting requirements.Essential Functions:Demonstrate strong team building, leadership, and communication skills to build relationships with teams, customers, peers, and leadershipMonitor the program's performance as well as support the program's schedule and completion of key milestonesRun key program-level meetings and provide guidance to the program's team leadsSupport the program's Earned Value Management (EVM) approach, monitor the program's budget, and support the completion of financial analysis, projections, and reportsManage the program's risks and opportunities and lead the program's change management processesCoordinate with other programs/offices to resolve dependencies/reduce program risksCoordinate with support and functional offices to ensure program compliance as well as enable program support to include supply chain, finance, contracts, subcontracts, scheduling, facilities, and securityLead program proposal effortsEnsure that the program complies with L3Harris policies and lead the program's preparation for compliance auditsManage program reporting requirements to include contract data requirements list (CDRL) submissions, Monthly Operations Reviews (MORs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs)Inform L3Harris leaders and Government stakeholders of the program's status and related issues to both resolve problems and ensure program successQualifications:Active Top Secret Security ClearanceBachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experiencePreferred Additional Skills:Ability to communicate within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes, and approachesAbility to make significant improvements in processes, systems, or productsAbility to provide input into new products/processes and implement operational plans that have measurable impact on business or functional resultsAvailability for travel in support of program activities (up to 20% of the time)Active Top Secret/SCI ClearanceExperience managing programs with DoD or Intelligence Community OrganizationsExperience in managing agile ceremoniesDeep Knowledge of Earned Value ManagementIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $150,000-$278,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $130,500-$242,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
