What You'll Do:

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our client's engineering team to success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating engineering projects across various sectors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to a team of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Managing client relationships and stakeholder communication to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to drive project success from conception to completion.
  • Utilizing your expertise in civil and structural engineering to provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard engineering software and tools.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or light industrial projects is highly desirable.
