Retail Sales Specialist - Car and E-TransportationAs a Retail Sales Specialist in our car and e-transportation department, you'll engage with customers to complete sales, drive profitable growth and achieve individual goals. We'll provide you with trainings and certification programs to maintain knowledge of products and services that help customers make their cars smarter, safer and more enjoyable. We'll also provide training on e-transportation products such as electric bikes and scooters that make journeys convenient, enjoyable and eco-friendly. You'll make clients feel excited, confident and appreciated while providing them with relevant and helpful solutions.
What you'll doEngage with customers using acquired skills to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goalsApply appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and self-developmentUse available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help execute profitable growth through critical business drive timesGenerate future opportunities by discovering the deeper needs of our customersEmbrace our learning culture to continuously improve existing skills while acquiring new onesMaintain specified department merchandising and readiness to serve customersBasic qualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldAbility to work successfully as part of a teamPreferred qualifications3 months of experience working in customer service, sales or related fieldsWhat's in it for you We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
