*Speech language pathologists in the school setting will:*
* Implement effective communication strategies to facilitate the progress of students’ language development
* Conduct general screenings and diagnostic evaluations and develop student treatment plans
* Provide direct therapy services on an individual and/or small-group basis
* Collaborate with and train educational professionals on strategies to facilitate student progress
* Work in general and special education classrooms to improve listening, speaking, reading, writing, and learning strategies
* Maintain documentation on students under their care
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding progress reports
* Attend IEP meetings to update student progress and treatment plans with the education team

*Skills & Qualifications:*
* Must be willing to provide in person services
* Possess and maintain a Florida ST License
* Master’s degree

*Details about the position:*
* Caseloads include children with a literacy focus, language delay, articulation and phonology focus, developmental delay, and other speech and language issues.
* *FULL TIME *Schedule: Monday-Friday; 35 Hours: 7 hours/day following the bell hours at the school (1 paid office hour per day) Summer/Holidays off as per the school calendar
* Locations needed: *Apollo Middle*
* Competitive Compensation $55-$70/hour.
* Compensation for CF Supervisor and Leadership Roles
