Fremont, United States Nestvy Senior Placement and Home Care - Bay Area Full time

We're searching for a diligent Field Person to provide Caregiver/Field support. You’ll be responsible for Marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.Home Visit, for Both Clients and Caregiver. Assist Caregivers need such as delivering Medical and Non- Medical equipment. Your task will also include one day designated for office day to help print out, record keeping and mailing out documents, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment,. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Send us your resume today to become part of the team

Responsibilities:

  • Verify applicable requirements and certifications including employment eligibility requirements (I9 documents), TB Tests, Physicals, CPR, First Aid, etc
  • Oversees the applicant tracking process, including troubleshooting and resolving applicant inquiries
  • Creative problem-solving to find ways to meet the needs of our clients in need of a provider
  • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
  • Purchase office equipment when appropriate
  • Home Visit to both Client and CG to do welfare check, Reassest Careplan, Deliever Medical or Non- Medical Equiptments.
  • Marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.

    Qualifications:
  • Current driver’s license and proper Vehicle Insurance Coverage
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills.
  • Marketing Experience is Advantage though not required.
