Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are expanding their field leadership team.Job DescriptionOversee day-to-day on-site operations from start to finishDirect and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherenceEnforce job site safety standards and maintain a professional work environmentMonitor construction progress and proactively resolve issues to avoid delaysReview and interpret construction drawings, structural details, MEPs, and specificationsCoordinate inspections, sequencing, and critical path activitiesServe as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners, architects, and consultantsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
