Provide end user assistance with technical issues over the phone and in person. This includes maintenance, administration, resolving issues and may also include tasks such as required maintenance, backing up files and performing installations on a routine basis related to the technology their customers use 6-9 years experience in Primary Skill. Experience with other financial services clients preferred.
