Full medical, vision and dental benefits available after waiting period. 401k (w/ match), long term disability and life insurance available.Objectives of this Role:Assist in the field when neededEnsure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency through collaboration with the warehouse team Engage in warehouse operations by following product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, warehouse cleaning, shipping and receiving, and ground maintenanceWork with the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goalsComplete daily operations, while assisting field technicians and organizing inventory and logisticsReview and prepare parts for field technicians, space requirements and organization within the warehouse, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and service standards are metMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by standards and procedures and complying with legal regulationsInspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and deliver items for general maintenance as neededMeet regularly with warehouse lead to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivityTransport products to customers and field staff when in need with Company vehicle Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrior warehouse or logistics experience is preferredProficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policyExcellent problem-solving skills and communication qualities Ability to work with all levels of company staff at a fast paceComfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedbackBasic math and Microsoft computing skills (EXCEL)Quickbooks knowledge a plus but not requiredAble to lift 100 lbs. Good organizational and time management skillsAbility to work without continual direction; problem solving skillsTeam player with strong attention to detailValid drivers license, good driving record with ability to obtain chauffeurs licenseOvertime and weekend shifts may be required on a seasonal basisSalary/Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hourrecblid zjln5ct9zwh8i6lo2s1c7qc01ph81x
