Overview:
A growing organization in Freehold, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in home-based settings. This position offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities. The primary focus will be on Medicare Part B community-based services for the geriatric population.

You will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in their homes. New grads are welcome and will receive mentorship.

Quick Glance:

• Work setting: Outpatient therapy within patient homes, focusing on the geriatric population.
• Availability: Minimum of 12.5 hours of direct patient care per week is required, including 3 weekdays.
• If PRN/Per Diem, ongoing 1-on-1 patient care is required with regular weekly availability.
• Full-time positions are available, offering a generous benefits package and overtime pay opportunities.
