```Duties```

- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, medical history, and goals
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Implement and administer various physical therapy techniques and exercises
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and home care strategies
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly

```Qualifications```

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain a professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting is a plus
- Knowledge of trigger point therapy is a plus
