This role oversees coordination, planning, execution, and communication of all related strategies, ensuring successful implementation across the business.Job Responsibilities:Partner with the Director, Inventory Planning & Replenishment to execute on strategic direction for inventory planning.Execute on strategies that support promotional, seasonal entry/exit, and overall flow plans/policies that meet financial objectives.Provide independent analysis of inventory reporting and make recommendations.Ensure day-to-day cross-functional alignment and execution of inventory strategies and tactical plans.Coach and mentor associates to develop talent within the team.Deliver consistent reporting and communication of actions to senior leadership.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.5-7 Years of experience in inventory management, merchandise planning, demand planning, replenishment, or a related field.1-2 Years experience leading teams directly or indirectly.Preferred Skills/Education:Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience.Lowe's is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.
