We are seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts. This opportunity begins on Feb 17, 2026, and features overnight shifts from 5pm to 7am, focused on hospital rounding in a collaborative environment alongside a team of GI physicians and advanced practice providers. Candidates must hold an active Massachusetts medical license and demonstrate proficiency with the EPIC EMR system. Job Details Location: Massachusetts Start Date: Feb 17, 2026 LOA: 120 days Provider Type Needed: Gastroenterologist Schedule: 5pm to 7am the next day Responsibilities and Duties Provide hospital rounding coverage as part of an advanced practice provider team Collaborate with GI hospitalist and outpatient GI physicians to ensure continuity of patient care Document all patient encounters and care plans in the EPIC EMR system Participate in required onboarding, orientation, and EMR training sessions Comply with immunization requirements; waivers considered Additional Information Board certification in Gastroenterology required Active Massachusetts medical license required Experience with EPIC EMR system necessary Onboarding and orientation required prior to start Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
