Business AnalystThe Business Analyst plays a key role in analyzing business operations, gathering and interpreting data, and developing policies and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement. This role translates business requirements into system deployments and process enhancements, ensuring seamless, on-time, and within-budget solutions. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Alpharetta, GA, or Camp Hill, PA. Candidates should live within a 50-mile radius or approximately a 1.5-hour commute to the office.Responsibilities:Research and analyze data to identify trends, operational gaps, or potential issues, developing actionable plans and proposals.Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess needs and recommend effective solutions.Conduct system checkouts and testing for implementations, periodic builds, and releases.Support project planning and execution from design through testing, implementation, and maintenance.Prepare reports and presentations summarizing objectives, findings, and recommendations, and deliver presentations to audiences at all levels, ensuring clear and effective communication.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.Develop scope statements and project plans, ensuring best practices for change management.Create case scenarios for developing new or enhanced systems.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of business analyst experience required; experience in the healthcare industry (medical, dental, or healthcare).Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and process mapping tools.SQL experience is a plus. Knowledge of APM or AI is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and recommend solutions.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.Understanding of process and data-driven structured analysis techniques.Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and communicate professionally.Essential soft skills such as curiosity, adaptability, and strong communication.Base Pay Information:The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications, and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
