Job Summary:

Altronic LLC is seeking a UI intern to join our team in Girard, Ohio. Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Projects, this role will offer invaluable hands-on experience in developing cutting-edge database user interfaces using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. It would be a fantastic 6-month long opportunity to work closely with our development teams, creating intuitive and efficient UI solutions that enhance data management and user experience across various projects.

Individual Tasks:

• Design and Development: Collaborate with team members to create user-friendly database interfaces using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Automation: Utilize Power Automate to streamline workflows and automate data processing tasks.
• Customization: Customize and maintain SharePoint sites and lists to support data storage and retrieval needs.
• Quality Assurance: Test and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Documentation: Document development processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and training.
• Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews, contributing ideas and improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: Currently enrolled as a junior or senior undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and SharePoint is preferred.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of database concepts and data management principles.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
