2026 Analyst, BeyondNetZeroGeneral Atlantic is seeking an entrepreneurial-spirited Analyst to join our BeyondNetZero team. Analysts are integral members of our deal teams and play a vital role in supporting the firm's growth and success. This role provides exposure to the full investment lifecyclefrom sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, to conducting due diligence and presenting to the Investment Committee, as well as supporting value creation initiatives across GA's global portfolio. Teamwide engagement with exposure to diverse end markets and business models, including software, services, hardware, and marketplaces.The 2-Year Analyst program is an opportunity to bring curiosity, initiative, and an ambitious mindset as Analysts work closely with senior team members across sectors and geographies. During the program, Analysts will gain hands-on experience in prospecting, thematic research, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio management. High-performing Analysts may have the opportunity to continue their careers at GA through advancement into the Associate role.BeyondNetZero is General Atlantic's dedicated climate growth equity platform, investing in expansion-stage technology and services businesses that benefit from climate and efficiency tailwinds across sectors such as energy transition, industrials, infrastructure, and supply chain. Launched in 2022 with a $3.5 billion fund, the team has built a global portfolio of high-growth, increasingly profitable companies spanning software, tech-enabled services, and asset-light climate solutions. BeyondNetZero approaches climate as a cross-sector thematic, providing a differentiated investment lens and the opportunity to build a rigorous growth equity skill set while investing in companies addressing one of the world's most pressing challenges.Responsibilities include gaining exposure to multiple diligence workstreamsincluding financial analysis, customer research, valuation, and competitive benchmarkingacross the full investment lifecycle. Develop investment theses and sector expertise through in-depth industry research, market mapping, and direct engagement with industry experts and consultants. Perform proprietary research and analysis through calls and meetings with key industry participants, customers, and advisors to inform investment perspectives. Build detailed financial models and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support investment due diligence and portfolio value creation. Draft investment memoranda and prepare presentations for General Atlantic's Investment Committee. Collaborate closely with the senior investment team as well as management teams and entrepreneurs to support portfolio companies and evaluate new opportunities. Travel to conferences and meetings with prospective companies and management teams as part of active investment sourcing efforts.Students graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 should apply if you: Are currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate institution in the US. Proven academic and professional excellence demonstrating drive and curiosity. Strong understanding of financial modeling, and sound analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret complex financial models independently. Demonstrate a clear interest in climate, sustainability, energy transition, or environmental impact, and a desire to build a career in climate investing. Strong investment judgement and solid understanding of accounting principles and business fundamentals. Passionate about identifying and supporting transformational, high-growth companies. Energetic, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial global mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively. Creative and solutions-oriented thinker with strong business judgment and professional maturity.
