KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a PMO Analyst / Portfolio Coordinator: tech & business projects; degree or cert req


  • Oversees the our Project Portfolio under the leadership of the Sr. Director, EPMO.
  • Facilitates and ensures adherence to our project processes and tools to support enterprise objectives.
  • Ensures required documentation is completed on time and in alignment with our PIC / CPC processes.
  • Elicits system requirements and documenting detailed process flow diagrams to be handed over to the development teams.
  • Manages small to moderately complex projects.
  • Identifies and raises awareness of potential enterprise risks, while proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Explores new processes and tools/systems which will improve metric tracking, ensure efficient processes, and increase knowledge sharing with the collaboration of internal stakeholders.
  • Creates metrics and analyzes progress of initiatives, prepare solutions to ensure initiatives goals and timeline are met.
  • Assists in enterprise project resource management.
  • Provides updates to Management as required. Ensures all action items are assigned and completed.
  • Responsible for agendas and content for the Executive Level Project Governance Board and Corporate Planning Committees.
  • Responsible for all levels of Project Reporting (individual, departmental, executive, etc.)
  • Creates, coordinates, and develops project charters, business cases, technical and architecture specifications, and project plans for identified projects.
  • Responsible for completeness of all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle and for obtaining appropriate approvals at each phase of the project.
  • Act as a liaison with the business users to document requirements and identify gaps / enhancements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Dental, managed healthcare, or retail industry experience is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Management Office.
  • 3+ years dedicated project management experience (can be as a Jr. Project Manager, Project Analyst, PMO Analyst, or Portfolio Coordinator, Portfolio Analyst; key here is you will be working at the portfolio level in support of a PMO that spearheads both technology & business projects)
  • Skill at scheduling / coordinating status meetings including working with C-level executives
  • Skill at taking meeting notes
  • Skill at composing agendas and content for meetings
  • Proactive / able to follow up on action items & help identify roadblocks
  • Strong Excel or Smartsheets reporting.
  • Intermediate to Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project)
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet, strongly preferred, including Smartsheet certified.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with software development tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • CAPM or PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) a plus.


Compensation depends on experience but is typically $40-60/hr W2 with a target salary to convert at $100-120K, maybe $125K plus bonus.
