This role serves as a key point of contact for client inquiries and helps ensure account information, documentation, and communications are handled accurately and professionally. The position is well-suited for an entry-level to moderately experienced professional interested in gaining exposure to the wealth management industry.Education and ExperienceSeries 65 license preferredExperience with/understanding of investmentsBachelor's degree preferredCollege coursework/ degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field preferredTwo years of prior administrative office experience (or equivalent experience)Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word), and Adobe AcrobatKnowledgeBasic understanding of customer service principles and professional communicationFamiliarity with general office procedures, recordkeeping, and documentationComfort using computer software, web-based platforms, and internal systemsSkillsProfessional discretion when handling confidential client informationStrong attention to detail and accuracyClear verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow established processes and instructionsComfortable working independently while also supporting a teamWillingness to learn new systems, procedures, and industry conceptsOrganized, dependable, and responsive to client and team needsPrimary Job DutiesServe as a first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and virtual communicationAssist clients with routine account inquiries and service requestsCoordinate with advisors and third-party partners to support account maintenance and documentationMaintain accurate records of client interactions and transactionsPrepare, organize, and maintain confidential files and reportsUse internal systems and software to support daily operationsAssist with scheduling meetings and preparing materialsSupport basic Excel tasks such as data entry, tracking, and simple formulasPerform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned#J-18808-Ljbffr
