The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, with experience troubleshooting and have good customer service skills. Valid driver's license required with a good driving record.Job Responsibilities:Service, repair, install, and perform maintenance requests on commercial entry door hardware.Identify opportunities to sell and quote products/services to customers.Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that the job site is clean and clear of debris.Provide excellent customer service on every job.Other duties as assignedJob Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferredPhysical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. independently; the ability to bend, climb, and stand for an extended amount of time.1 year of commercial automatic door experience preferred; experience with small motors and hand tools is required.Must be mechanically and technically inclinedPossess a valid driver's license and a good driving recordOur benefit offerings include:Medical, dental, and vision options: Available on the 1st day of the month following your start datePaid time off plan: 13 days accrued annually during your 1st year; 16 days accrued during your 2nd yearPaid Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas DayFloating Holidays: Up to 2 floating holidays per yearCompetitive compensation: Including annual performance evaluations401k retirement plan: Including an employer matchCompany paid: Life insurance, short-term disability, & long-term disabilityand moreSuccessful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.DH Pace Company, Inc. does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or agencies.
