Candidate Must Have's

  • 5+ years of business functional experience, preferably in Finance, or possibly Supply Chain, AND
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience, working with NetSuite.
  • High level proficiency in Financial Reporting.
  • Familiar with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and Advanced PDF/HTML Templates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members across various departments.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain saved searches, and custom reports, providing actionable insights for stakeholders. Develop and deploy customized user dashboards.
  • Design and develop NetSuite Advanced PDF/HTML templates.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance to established data governance standards surrounding both master, and transactional data.
  • Provide support and training to internal teams, empowering them to utilize NetSuite effectively. Develop and update user documentation and training materials.
  • Introduce users to new NetSuite functionality to drive the adoption of NetSuite processes (replacing legacy tools built in Excel and elsewhere).
  • Coordinate with users from every business function, to gather and document business requirements for new NetSuite solutions.
  • Oversee the onboarding of newly hired employees, with respect to their introduction to NetSuite.
