We have an exciting career opportunity for a Corporate Concierge . Apply today Are you ready for an extraordinary opportunity to become a Corporate Concierge with JLL? In this role, you will provide a welcoming approach to all employees and visitors while efficiently managing lobby areas to accommodate employee and guest needs. The role is client-facing, and you will provide friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous first impressions to guests and visitors while anticipating their needs. What will some of your day look like? Greet/host/provide support for guests, visitors, and employees Issue temporary badges Building/Campus/Area Information Center Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision Organize and maintain lobby/front desk areas Resolve problems associated with all building services including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms Assist with coordinating and scheduling office/building maintenance activities including luggage storage and lost & found Work collaboratively within the facility management and transportation team Anticipate and respond to Clients needs and concerns Identify potential risks and escalate to ensure no incident or disruption to the Clients operations Collaborate on the Lost and Found program and other services provided to associates Additional job duties, as requested Who are we looking for? Required High school diploma or GED 2 years of experience in Hospitality, Soft Services, or Operations Proven skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Proficient skills in Google Suite Preferred Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift.
