You will represent Project Farma by collaborating with clients as a trusted Partner, Account, Site and/or Project Owner.Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Project Cost managementStakeholder CommunicationContinuous ImprovementMaintaining Budget Estimates and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)Cost Planning, Resource Loading, and Spend ForecastingProviding detailed cost reports and risk / opportunity assessmentsReviewing and/or approving cost estimates, proposals, purchase requisitions / orders, and contracts / terms & conditionsReconciling any omissions and errors in client's financial division, including but not limited to purchase order costs, goods receipt postings, invoice postings, general ledger transfers, and journal entriesMonitoring cost impact of change orders, scope changes, tax rates, FX rates, and intercompany expensesMonth-End closing responsibilities, including accrual management, spend reconciliation, schedule / cash flow review meetings, and client reportingCommunicating with project stakeholders regarding cost opportunities, risks, and progressDeveloping cost data collection plans and validation methods for earned value or other client cost data reporting requirementsComplete oversight and accountability for all cost information associated with the project, including commitments, spend, EAC (Estimate at Completion), budget change requests, earned value support, performance against AOP, and monthly / yearly cash flow forecast.Collect, analyze, and report on cost accounting data, including preparing standard cost reports, monitoring inventory levels, cost comparisons, project costing analysis, tracking variances, and making journal entries.Collaborate with client departments, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting information.Set and lead project cost controls direction and strategy based on client vision and expected outcomes throughout the entire project delivery life cycle.Lead initiatives and projects by ensuring Team Members understand team and individual goals and responsibilities, managing priorities, and ensuring timely and high-quality completion of work.Act as a Subject Matter Expert providing technical direction, training, career development, and performance assessments for project Team Members.Develop strategies for the success of the service line or market target such as planning, scheduling, estimating, monitoring, progress measurement, risk management, training, and reporting procedures.Manage new and existing client accounts, focusing on project delivery, actively seeking to maintain and grow accounts in line with organizational growth targets.Manage internal site tools such as site dashboards, deliverable trackers, etc.Examples of our core services within the life science space, include: Capital Project Management (including Project Controls and Scheduling); Facility Management & Builds; Tech Transfers; Validation Life Cycle (including Commissioning and Qualification, Process Validation, Computer System Validation, etc.); GxP Automated Systems; Due Diligence & Business Strategy;
