Utilize expertise in mechanical systems, installation, and building automation controls to ensure project success. Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams for effective project execution. Collaborate with clients, coworkers, and project managers to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Demonstrate leadership skills and uphold a strong work ethic. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance on all projects. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC and Building Automation projects from design through completion Deep understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and building automation/controls integration Proficient in BAS communication protocols including BACnet and DDC Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics Working knowledge of Revit and Visio for system design and documentation Strong leadership abilities with proven success coordinating cross-functional teams and subcontractors Excellent communication and client-facing skills, fostering collaboration across engineering, construction, and service teams Analytical and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy, safety, and project efficiency Stable and consistent work history demonstrating reliability and long-term team contribution How to Apply: If you have the qualifications and are ready for this exciting opportunity, please send your resume to anna.boyd@gogpac.com .
