Medicare Rep at Great Waters Financial serves as the primary point of contact for clients and prospective clients with Medicare needs. This role is essential in effectively listening and understanding the needs of the client and providing them with the solution that is best for them. The Medicare Rep leads the charge in delivering an exceptional Client Experience by conducting meetings with clients and referrals, overseeing the prospective client pipeline, and servicing Medicare clients throughout the year. Additionally, the Medicare Rep presents and facilitates educational seminars, achieves target levels of conversion and close rates, and actively contributes to expanding our reach within the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Master software systems such as Salesforce CRM, custodian and insurance company systems, and other software used internally.
  • Effectively communicate with clients regarding their policies
  • Prepare required paperwork and facilitate client account opening and the transfer of new assets.
  • Achieve target levels of conversion and close rates.
  • Build relationships and hold meetings with clients and prospective clients who are seeking Medicare.
  • Manage the entire client experience from sales, onboarding and servicing.
  • Manage the prospect pipeline, including follow-up emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain proper CRM management, distributing critical client/referral information accordingly.
  • Prospect future Great Waters clients by attending, facilitating, and presenting at educational workshops and marketing events.
  • Assist in facilitating training for other Team Members
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to further company initiatives
  • Complete yearly required licensing for Medicare sales.


Requirements:

  • Life & Health Insurance License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
