They are accountable for delivering sales targets for their geography as well as coaching and developing sales managers and sales reps at each of their sites. The Regional Director Of Growth will also support their teams with strategic planning, training, recruiting, expansion and marketing program development for their area of influence. This leader should be a strong communicator who builds relationships quickly and is passionate about working in a fast-paced, results-driven organization.The key deliverables for this role are as follows:Coach and manage the teams to execute:Supervising, coaching and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of 9+Relentlessly pursuing that team's monthly growth targets through strong leadership, analysis, problem-solving, teambuilding, and coachingServe as primary leadership coach for Outreach Executives, role-model and primary subject matter expert for sales teamConduct site visits and provide feedback to teams to drive performanceSupport expansion efforts for the Region including new center launch activities, hiring and training of sales staffLead development of Outreach StaffPersonify and cultivate Oak Street Health Culture, which is the passion for rebuilding healthcare as it should be, within the RegionDevelop Outreach Executives into strong, motivating sales people that deliver a positive work environment and are stewards of Oak Street Culture in the community and in their centerLead Quarterly Regional Training ProgramsDevelop and execute sales strategy:Develop monthly, quarterly and annual plans to deliver sales targets for new patient growth and managed care growthAnalyze sales data to proactively identify opportunities for your centers and coach team members to improve performanceDevelop relationships with Field Accounts, Insurance Agents and local influencers to support field executionDesign, execute and track impactful regional Incentive and Recognition programsKeep center level teams motivated in a high pressure sales environmentExecute on Corporate Sales Initiatives within assigned regionLead region specific programs:Being an ambassador in the local community - building relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partnersIdentify and execute large events to support lead generationIdentify additional Regional needs and partner with our Treehouse (corporate) teams to develop programs to support regional sales efforts (examples - high need food programs, new plan rollouts)Manage and build a canvassing programAssist in recruiting efforts for sales representatives and Sales Managers (primarily)Extensive cross-functional collaboration with population health and clinical service team membersEnsure teams understand and remain compliant on all sales activities according to CMS and Oak Street Health guidelinesFind, recommend and assist in execution on local marketing opportunitiesWhat we're looking for:This is an exciting opportunity to own sales strategy and execution in a value based care organization that is changing the way healthcare is delivered.We are looking for people that have:5+ years sales leadership experienceMinimum 3 years direct B2C sales experienceSignificant track record of delivering sales resultsTeam leadership experience (8+ direct reports)Experience managing regional programsExperience recruiting and developing managers and individual contributorsExperience delivering employee training and coaching programsExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across a matrixed organizationStrong computer skills including:Ability to create and analyze excel spreadsheetsExperience managing through a CRM system such as Salesforce or ZohoAnalytical approach toward sales data & performanceComfort with personal sales quota in addition to management responsibilitiesStrong focus on data and analytics to drive targeted activities and return on growth effortsInclination to work in a results oriented roleUndergraduate degree required, Master's preferredBilingual Spanish speaker, preferredAbility to travel to centers within geography (generally within 60 miles)Willing to work some weekendsUS work authorizationSomeone who embodies being "Oaky"What does being "Oaky" look like?Radiating positive energyAssuming good intentionsCreating an unmatched patient experienceDriving clinical excellenceTaking ownership and delivering resultsBeing scrappyWhy Oak Street?Every day we work together to transform healthcare and improve the life of each individual we serve.
