Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Material Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of metal properties and behaviors under various conditions.
  • Research and Development: Develop new metal alloys and improve existing materials to enhance performance and reduce costs.
  • Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Failure Analysis: Investigate and analyze metal failures to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product consistency.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, technical documents, and presentations on findings and recommendations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in metallurgical engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in metallurgical testing and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools
