As a Branch Director, you will oversee and individually produce for our technology practice group in San Jose, CA. The Branch Director is responsible for incremental branch revenue growth that is consistent with Robert Half targets. Actively leads marketing activities and creates and maintains a productive business generation culture; facilitates cross-market activities for all practice groups.

  • Responsible for overall branch growth via revenue generating activities/multi-practice group performance.

  • Attract, source and hire internal talent.

  • Expert knowledge of responsible practice groups.
  • Display understanding of financial business trends and execute appropriate strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred.
  • 2+ years’ management or equivalent experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

The typical salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
