Then you may be our perfect heroKey ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for customer service and management of the customer experienceCompile and resolve punch list itemsPerform final walk-through with customerSecure a signed Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customerManage all warranty activitiesEvaluate and sell projectsEducate customers on construction processIdentify and document project scope of workCreate and Review estimatesObtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimateReview budgetsEnsure proper permits are acquiredCreate project schedule and timelineIdentify and qualify subcontractors and resource providersNegotiate terms and set expectationsPlan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractorsSchedule all subcontractors and material suppliersEnsure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of workBe familiar with and be able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator, Construction Superintendent, and Construction TechnicianPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma/GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationIntermediate math skillsExperience in restoration and/or construction preferredSkills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesWalking and/or standing throughout the dayFrequent driving and sittingOccasionally climbing laddersOccasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heatThe noise level at individual jobsites can be loudPay starts at $65,000 - $75,000 annually, plus quarterly sales based commission and/or bonusesEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
