Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support for various marketing projects. This role will coordinate and support marketing activities including but not limited to exhibit logistics and coordination, marketing collateral development/fulfilment, document control, various promotions, vendor relationship management, deadline management.

Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise

· Ability to meet deadlines and manage timelines

· Must be highly detail-oriented, analytical and creative

· Must have exceptional organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills, and acclimate quickly

· Must be able to handle multiple projects and work well in a fast-paced environment

· Must possess excellent proofreading skills

· Ability to self-prioritize and handle tasks accordingly

· Ability to learn multiple systems/platforms

Position Requirements (Education, Experience, Licensure/Certifications)

· Bachelor’s degree required

· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

· 2-3 years prior experience with trade show, workshop coordination and marketing inventory management.

· 2-3 years with promotional, print, and trade association vendor management

· Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, or Concur preferred

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Interact with physicians, employees and clients in a positive manner consistent with the mission and values of Bako Diagnostics.
  • Manage exhibit inventory and logistics between vendors and commercial team
  • Coordinate maintenance/repair/cleaning of exhibits, exhibit inventory.
  • Coordinate biopsy workshop materials and logistics
  • Assist with meeting and event planning and coordination
  • Coordinate off-site meetings and trade shows as needed
  • Support virtual booth setup
  • Manage printing, fulfillment vendor, and inventory of collateral and promotional items
  • Ensure document control with vendors
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and accruals
  • Manage collateral requests and reporting
  • Create and maintain a calendar of events, tradeshows, and conferences (including shipping materials and tracking)
  • Proofread all marketing materials
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly
  • Continuing expansion of job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;
  • Review and format/update PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • Special projects and other responsibilities as required

Travel Requirements: 10%
