We want your knowledge and expertiseThe Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the clinical operational and administrative oversight for all departments in the absence of Managers and Directors. Essential Accountabilities include: coordinating patient placement, serving as an administrative liaison, and being responsible for staffing.Qualifications:Required Education: Bachelor's DegreePreferred Education: Master's DegreeRequired License/Certification: Must have and maintain current license as a registered nurse in North Carolina or one of the compact states as defined by North Carolina Board of Nursing, and must have and maintain current BCLS. In member hospitals, certification in ACLS and/or PALS may be required.Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with 2 years of supervisory or management experienceMission Hospital McDowell is a community hospital serving McDowell, Burke, and Rutherford counties. Located in Marion, North Carolina, it operates 30 beds, including 5 labor and delivery suites.
