We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Platinum Ridge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing. Our facility provides high-quality care to our residents, and we are seeking an LPN who shares our commitment to excellence.

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
* Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians
* Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide the best possible care
* Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures

*Qualifications:*
* Current LPN license in good standing
* Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing standards and practices
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors
