Deaconess Illinois Clinic is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our clinic in Marion, IL. This position offers a guaranteed salary of $260,000 and a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year contract. Practice Details The successful candidate will work at the Professional Park location in Marion, IL, alongside a collaborative team that includes: 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) 2 Physicians: 1 Family Medicine physician and 1 Pediatrics physician 100% outpatient Compensation and Benefits In addition to competitive compensation, this position comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Health & Dependent Care Expense Accounts Salary Continuance and Disability Coverage Two retirement account options (401k and 457b) 5 weeks of vacation time + major holidays 5 Days of CME Time Off $3,500 Annual CME Stipend Coverage for DEA, State Licensing, Board Certification, and Maintenance Fees $1,000 per year for CME that can be used toward technology Computer allowance of $750 every 5 years Hospital-provided Medical Malpractice Insurance Up to $15,000 moving allowance Up to $90,000 student loan forgiveness Support for J-1 Visa applicants Position Requirement Candidates must be bored eligible, or board certified in Family Medicine, and must hold an active Illinois medical license by the start of employment.
