Job Description:

As a Weld Manager, you will oversee all welding operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of welders, coordinate with other departments, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and safety.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise welding operations and personnel.
  • Develop and implement welding procedures and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other departments to meet project deadlines.
  • Train and mentor welding staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of welding processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Weld Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
