Title: Assembly Mechanic - Fuselage I4 (M01BI4) (11+ Rapid Response)

Work Address: Renton, WA

(Candidate willing to relocate will get Pay and weekly per-diem $110.

Duration:; Long Term Contract


Description :

Assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete precision and other structural and system components, working from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes and procedures. Functional test and correct, fit form and function of assemblies and components.


Duties:

1. Drill out rivets

2. Shoot rivets in skin panels

3. Squeeze rivets common to interior structure

4. Remove Hi locs

5. Install Hi locs

6. Perform cut and splices

7. Pull holes

8. Oversize holes

9. Layout holes by hand

10. Ability to read and interpret drawings (blueprints)

11. Ability to install freeze plugs

12. Install bushings


Note :

WORKERS MUST BE ABLE TO START TRAINING IN WICHITA on Monday, 4/15/24 THEN HEAD TO RENTON ONCE TRAINING IS COMPLETE.

Contractors will get reimbursed for rental car and lodging while in Wichita. Spirit will take care of the flight (to and from). Contractors will get a per diem of $110 while in Wichita. *Candidates that reside 100 miles outside of the work location of Renton are also eligible for weekly per diem of $110/Week.
