Location: Fremont, CA

Shift: 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (potential for off-shifts and weekends as needed)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support and assist in coordinating maintenance activities according to established priorities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various mechanical technologies.
  • Enhance operations by recommending and executing equipment upgrades, as well as developing new processes and procedures.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on production, facility, and utility equipment, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs.
  • Adjust, repair, and replace components on mechanical equipment and systems to ensure reliable performance.
  • Address service calls during plant operation, which may include off-shift and weekend work.
  • Execute corrective actions, including replacing electrical components and multi-phase motors.
  • Collaborate in troubleshooting deviations, executing test protocols, and maintaining accurate documentation as per policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze measurement data and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
  • Document all maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in advanced maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Proficient in mechanical methodology, troubleshooting, and understanding of equipment start-up and project support.
  • Familiar with schematics, P&ID drawings, and ISA symbols & numbering.
  • Strong electrical, mechanical, and technical aptitude required.
