Regional Vice PresidentThe Regional Vice President is responsible for supporting the mission, vision and values of First Watch through all that s/he does in their role every day. The primary purpose is to develop Directors of Operations, General Managers and restaurant teams, build on the Company's You First culture and create memorable experiences for each and every customer. The RVP is ultimately responsible for the success of all First Watch operations within their span of control. The RVP will typically have 3-5 direct reports and is responsible for a span of control of 250 500 employees. The RVP will be responsible for revenue operations in excess of ten to twenty five million dollars.
